Through interactive retreats, experiential compassion practice labs, structured peer-compassion pods, and an engaged practice community, participants will learn to integrate and embody the cognitive, affective, and behavioral dimensions of compassion. Using applied learning methods and simulated role play practices, participants will strengthen their capacity to access and maintain compassion in challenging contexts, both personally and professionally. This living laboratory provides professionals with practical methods for transforming reactivity, quieting the inner critic, reducing burnout, and fostering relational depth in professional practice and personal life. Participants will also explore compassion as a resource for resilience, ethical discernment, and long-term well-being. Graduates of this training will be equipped to live and lead with compassion, while inspiring and supporting the growth of compassion in others. More Info: https://ccare.stanford.edu/
